Please join me in respectful, meaningful conversation about racial issues. I strongly welcome your feedback, comments and corrections. I want to hear from all people. Those who agree with me and those with differing opinions. These conversations must be had. No matter how uncomfortable or scary it is to speak up. We've come a long way, but still have a lot of road ahead of us.
